Noble Baby always offer alternate shipping solution (best way) at our purchasers' BEST interest. Customer are free to choose their preferred methos as below:-
(The lowest shipping fees within Malaysia & International by Pos Malaysia)
1) Registered Mail Service (West & East Malaysia)
- Price from RM 2.20 onwards
- Delivery within 3-7 working days*
2)Pos Express Service - Guarantee reach within 2-3 working days* - Strictly to less than 500gram below or less than 10mm & FLAT PACKING ITEM.
3)For Domestic Pos Laju Service
- First 500gram RM 7.00
- Next 250gram RM 2.00
* For delivery item over 500gram via air transport between Penisular Malaysia (West Malaysia) & Sabah/Sarawak (East Malaysia), additional Air Transport Fee of RM 1.50 will be imposed for each additional 500gram.
** For parcels delivered by via air between East & West Malaysia, an additional air transport fee of RM 1.50 will be charged for every 500gram or part thereof up to 30gram.
4) International Delivery Servce, please check the http://www.pos.com.my/V1/main2.asp?c=/v1/PostageRates/PostageMain.htm website for more details.
5) Outside Malaysia: Shipment will take approximately 7 working days*.
*Working days are not inclusive of Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday.
6) Others courier services will be provided upon request or proposed by Sandy.
We do not have any intention of gaining any profit on shipping fees. We will always offer & try our best shipping way to our customer. However, it is still our customers' decision to choose their preferred delivery method.
Return & Exchange
At Noble Baby return policy is simple. If you are not happy, we are not happy too. We will work it out with you until you happy.
Nevertheless for any reason, should you are not happy with our purchases, you may return most unused/undamaged items within 7 working days of the original shipping date. We will pay the return shipping cost if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. Item is return for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping cost. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 3 working days of receiving the returned item.
Merchandise must be unopened, unused, unwashed and in the original packing with all tags in place. Items had pre-indicated in earlier as "Overrun" or "Minor Defected" may not be returned.
